Added a braille driver for Freedom Scientific Focus / Pacmate braille displays. This driver allows you to use your Focus / Pacmate display with NVDA, with out needing brltty/brlapi. However, you do need to have the official Freedom Scientific braille drivers installed for your device. Please see http://www.freedomscientific.com/PACMATE-HQ/FS_Braille_Display_Driver.asp for more info on how to obtain and install the drivers. This NVDA braille driver should work with any of the Focus / Pacmate displays, whether by usb or serial. However, I have only tested with pacmate via usb. Feedback would be apreciated.
